The terms that govern your use of the VoltHaus website and your purchases from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms and to our refund and shipping policies.
Using the Site
You may use the VoltHaus site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, to use bots or scrapers to access inventory outside of normal user flows, or to resell access to your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly in cases of automated purchasing during drops.
Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept when we ship the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity or errors in pricing. If we cancel an order we will refund the full amount within three business days and notify you by email.
Pricing and Errors
We work hard to keep pricing accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing error after you place an order we will notify you and offer the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We are not obligated to fulfill orders placed at an incorrect price.
Intellectual Property
All content on the VoltHaus site, including product photography, copy, and graphic design, is the property of VoltHaus or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission. User-generated content submitted to the site remains your property but you grant us a license to use it for marketing purposes.
Limitation of Liability
VoltHaus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
