When you are charged
Your card is authorized at checkout and captured when the order ships. Pre-order items are captured at order time to reserve your allocation of the drop.
Gift cards
Gift cards are digital, delivered by email, and redeemable at checkout for any product. They do not expire and can be combined with coupons.
Coupons and member discounts
Member-tier discounts apply automatically at checkout based on your trailing twelve-month spend. Promo codes can be stacked with member discounts but not with other promo codes. If a coupon does not apply, check the expiration date and minimum order value listed in the campaign email.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. We also offer installment payments through Affirm at checkout for orders over $75.
